Glimmer finds a cavern filled with thulite crystals
Thulite crystals are glistening fuchsia-colored stones that can be used as fuel for some spaceships.
Description[]
Fuchsia in colour, thulite crystals grow rather erratically in small spiky formations; some stones may be larger while others are tiny, and they develop in random places around a specific area. One of the crystals’ visible qualities is the subtle, pink glow they give off. Even underground, they can light up whole caverns, a sure sign of their powerful capabilities.
History[]
Their only appearance is in the Season Five episode "Stranded", where Adora, Bow, Glimmer and Entrapta went looking for them on an unnamed planet. The group needed the thulite to power Mara's ship, Darla, which needed fuel in order to travel the remainder of the journey to Etheria.
On the unnamed planet they met the Star Siblings, who were also looking for the crystals. Thulite must be a very powerful source of energy, as a small chunk of it was able to withstand a trip to the Velvet Glove, through an Asteroid Field, a journey to Krytis, and landing the crew back to Etheria.

- Thulite are real world crystals. Thulite (sometimes called rosaline) is a translucent, crystalline or massive pink manganese-bearing variety of the mineral zoisite.
