The Fractal Flake is one of the known Runestones in Etheria, located in the Kingdom of Snows. It lends its power to princess Frosta.

The Fractal Flake is a large stellated Runestone that hovers somewhere in Frosta's castle. When the Fractal Flake is activated, it glows in a very light blue.

- Fractal Flake empowerment: The Fractal Flake is able to provide power to the princess that shares a connection with it, granting them a variety of powers.
- Cryokinesis: The Fractal Flake appears to primarily provide power over ice. The user can generate and manipulate ice.
- Ice constructs: A skilled cryokinetic can manifest ice in various shapes such as hammers or armor. Frosta is seen doing this during the liberation of a Horde-controlled building.
- Ice projectiles: Frosta can create shards of ice and fire them at will.
- Ice sculptures: Frosta decorates Bright Moon with many statues of the heroes for Glimmer's coronation.
- Ice prisons: Frosta captures several Etherians, including Sea Hawk by surrounding them in ice. The first time we see Frosta use this power is when she imprisons Adora during Princess Prom.
- Ice Fists and ice pincers: Frosta can incase her hands in ice; Catra was on the receiving end of one of these fists.
- Cryokinesis: The Fractal Flake appears to primarily provide power over ice. The user can generate and manipulate ice.
