Seaworthy is a port city necessary for travel between Salineas and Bright Moon. It is where the Best Friends Squad first negotiated with Captain Sea Hawk in a tavern ending in an epic arm wrestling battle with the captain, which Adora won.

Sea Hawk has spent enough time hanging out at this place for the bartender to quickly point the Best Friend Squad his way when they were looking for a sea captain.
During Hordak's coastal siege, Sea Hawk, Bow and Swift Wind took a daytime "boys' night out" in Seaworthy to take their minds off their troubles. Sea Hawk and Bow sing "Friends with Friends" in the tavern, a shanty which toots fighting for the Rebellion. This gets the gang kidnapped and sold to the Horde in a misinformed plot by Sea Hawk.[1]
There is an entrance into The Enchanted Grotto at the back of the tavern.[2] After Double Trouble's gig in the Enchanted Grotto ended, they apparently started working for the Rebellion in Seaworthy, seen pushing two clones off a balcony.
