Mount Candila was the capital of a long-gone kingdom to the west of Bright Moon. It was ruled by the Fire Princess until the pain she felt caused the Spirit Ember, her runestone, to melt down. A great wave of fire erupted throughout the palace and spread across the kingdom, burying all traces of the fire princess. The land was corrupted, and little life has ever returned.
