Magic is natural force of the universe. However, magic has not been seen in the universe in centuries because the First Ones extracted the magic from magical planets to use it. Etheria became the last planet where magic continues to exist because it was sent to another dimension. However, at the end of Season Five, Adora and her friends set out to bring magic back to the universe through the unleashed power of the Heart of Etheria.
There are many kinds of magic on Etheria. Magically-gifted people like She-Ra, the Elemental Princesses, and Melog have an inherent connection to magic. However, other magic-users, better known as sorcerers, study magic. They draw power from the magic in Etheria's environment and focus it in using spells.
