The last king of the Scorpioni was Scorpia's grandfather. He ruled the Fright Zone from Horror Hall before Hordak crash-landed in the kingdom. He made the alliance with the Horde, part of which included handing over the kingdom, his family's runestone, and their princess. (It wasn't revealed what they received in return.) Scorpia was too young to remember him, knowing only what the Horde told her. She remembers him as being great.
Parts of his story are told in "Princess Scorpia". He is depicted on the wall behind the throne.
