Bill is an unseen character in the series who was referred to as a friend by Sea Hawk in "Boys’ Night Out".

Bill is shorter than Admiral Scurvy and does not have a scar on their right cheek.

Sea hawk[]
In "Boys’ Night Out", Sea Hawk refers to Bill as a friend, and, according to Sea Hawk, agreed to ‘kidnapping’ him, Bow and Swift Wind in exchange for money. It is unknown how well Sea Hawk actually knows Bill or how long they have known each other. In the Seaworthy tavern, Sea Hawk mistakes his friend for someone else, suggesting that they may not have a very close relationship.

Nothing is known of Bill's past, though it can be assumed that they met Sea Hawk at some point during their life and formed a bond with him. Before the episode "Boys' Night Out", Sea Hawk must have contacted them in some way to ask that they do the favour of 'kidnapping' him, Bow and Swift Wind.
Season Four[]
Although Sea Hawk travelled to meet his friend in the Seaworthy tavern, it is unclear where Bill was at the time he, Bow and Swift Wind got captured by Admiral Scurvy.
