I feel that way about Catra to tbh, I can't really understand it sometimes but she turns out to be a pretty good character in the end
I can't imagine Glimmer losing both parents, and then having to become QUEEN afterward! It's probably overwhelming and hard on Glimmer having to try and live up to her mother, so I can sort of understand the choices she makes.
