Ooh, weird dreams... My favorite weird dream I had was one where the American Ninja Warrior announcers were doing an obstacle course baking show (??), and Coraline was there and whether or not she got her parents back from the Other Mother depended on how well the contestants did. I should check my old dream logs for others, I know I had some She-Ra-related ones.

Not sure how random and obscure it is, but I was really into paleoanthropology/human evolution at one point, and it's still an interest of mine.
Fun fact related to that: you may have heard of Neanderthals, but have you heard of Denisovans? Both Neanderthals and Denisovans are closely related to Homo sapiens, and evidence suggests that all three species interbred with each other. Some modern humans have Neanderthal or Denisovan DNA. While we've known about Neanderthals for a while, Denisovans were discovered only about 15 years ago. At first only bone fragments were found and the species was only identified through DNA analysis, but recently scientists determined a skull discovered earlier also belonged to a Denisovan.
...Okay, that was less a fun fact and more of an infodump ahaha.
