And... I think I did pretty well. What do you guys think?

Hi everyone
I'm going to start posting a fanfic on here focusing on Mara and the time when the First Ones originally came to Etheria. Let me know if you want to be pinged for this!
(I make no promises as to the frequency or promptness of posting each part, as I may take quite a while writing it, but hopefully I'll get there in the end.)
She-Ra-tober Day 19: Grandparents!
Adora couldn't remember.
She just couldn't.
Her grandparents had been lost to time. Ever since she was told that she was, in fact, not born into the Horde but abandoned by the First Ones and brought to Etheria through a portal, she couldn't remember them. Heck, she couldn't even remember her parents.
As she knelt down on the warm, welcoming grass, looking up at the vast array of stars and intergalactic bodies shining in the night sky, she reassured herself,
"They'll come. Both of them. I know they will."
it signed me out, I was here a while ago posting quotes & fanart, my original name was just MayMay175, but that's not the point, the point is I'm back and I come bearing the best gift possible... HOW TO SPEAK FIRST ONES.... here's the link https://www.dreamworkstv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/SheRa_FirstOnes_Language.pdf

I really enjoyed reading it! :)
I still think He man exists in this universe the way I see it King GraySkull was the cofounder of Mara's rebel squadron and that's where the name came from and after Mara stopped the heart of etheria King Grayskull drove Prime off Eternia with the power of Castle Grayskull but in the process the first ones lost most of their technology so King GraySkull led them in starting over from scratch and it led them to a time of peace until the great unrest and then skeletor's time
Does anyone have any ideas on what it would be like introducing He-Man, and the Masters after the events of the show, as well as introducing Skeletor, or maybe Zed first, as in the original series, he was the son of Horde Prime. Maybe in this, he could be another clone, but maybe an enhanced clone that Prime treated as a son? How would they explain the Power of Grayskull and the Magic of Etheria along with the First Ones?
Hello again! 😁
And now, as promised, the second half of Part Seven, and the final chapter of Episode 74: Open Heart Part 1.
I hope you will enjoy the extra story content this week before a hiatus of 2 or 3 weeks.
And I will especially dedicate this chapter to Nyx ( @-The Emotional support demon- ) because they started writing a pretty cool little fanfic about Entrapta, so they must like her! 😄
Hope you like this, too, Nyx.
If you missed the first half of my post this week, it is here.
Entrapta has now successfully restarted the First One's planet-wide system on Etheria, the global machine that concentrates the flow of magic and directs it through the Runestones to connect with the princesses and allow them to have access to their magical powers.
Glimmer has been expressing her joy at feeling restored and whole with her sparkle powers and her ability to teleport!
And now we will return to the Chamber of the Heart, where something is about to happen . . .
But first, we join Glimmer, who is celebrating the return of her magic!
Get ready.
Glimmer skips back over to Bow and leans over his tracker pad.
Glimmer: [to the tracker pad] Thank you, Entrapta!!
Far away, in the bright white interior of the Chamber of the Heart, Wink hovers at Entrapta’s shoulder, watching her with pride. Entrapta stands with hands pressed flat on the control panel, her eyes sparkling with achievement as she studies the swirling bright shapes spread across the air overhead. Her hair, divided into hundreds of individual industrious strands, continues its gentle undulation of mind-bending coordinated activity across the surface of the console.
She shifts her eyes to Glimmer’s face, smiling out at her from the tracker pad screen resting on the console.
Entrapta: [matter-of-factly] You’re welcome!
There is a twinkle in her eye, as she shifts them back to the colorful animated displays above her.
Entrapta: [brightly] And now that we’ve confirmed your connection to the system, I can extrapolate from the rest of my readings to confirm connections with the other princesses!
Glimmer’s voice is upbeat, but slightly muted from the tracker pad.
Glimmer’s voice: That sounds good!
There is a crackle from the pad, and Entrapta looks down to see a wave of static wash across Glimmer’s smiling face. Entrapta raises an eyebrow.
Entrapta: Oh. Right. I wondered if the interference would return once the system fully integrated. [smiling down at the pad] Well, it’s been nice talking, Glimmer, but I guess I have to go now.
Glimmer grins through a gray fuzzy wash over the surface of the screen. She lifts her hand to give a little wave.
Glimmer’s voice: ‘Kay! B-------- [static consumes the transmission]
The tracker pad screen is a roiling blur of colliding pixels and white noise.
Entrapta reaches over to thumb the control, and the screen goes black and silent.
Entrapta: [with admiration] This is a magnificent achievement, Matilda!
Matilda’s calming voice emanates from everywhere within the space.
Matilda: Our collaboration has attained new peaks of efficiency, Maintengineer Entrapta.
There is a moment of quiet, in which Entrapta takes a deep breath, and Wink unconsciously steps closer to her side.
Entrapta gestures upward.
Entrapta: [reverently in the silence] Look at it, Wink.
For a moment, they gaze upward, Wink’s mouth hanging slightly open with a grin of awe and appreciation.
Entrapta points upward, tracing the flow of energy currents with her fingers.
Entrapta: This is how the entire system is meant to function! Every component working harmoniously with the whole! All in perfect . . . balance!
Wink blinks upward at the brilliance in wonder.
Wink: [in awe] It’s . . . superb!
For a moment, Entrapta frowns. Then a spark seems to ignite behind her eyes!
Entrapta: But there’s more, Wink! So much more to the system! And I can go deeper!!
Wink: [ecstatic] Yes!!
Entrapta’s hair, previously moving in gentle waves, now takes on a more feverish and driven character in its motions! Entrapta grips the console fiercely as her fingers reach for some of the larger controls, illuminating panels across the surface.
Entrapta’s entire body is alive with activity and focus, as her hair and hands dance, and the light in her eyes deepens into an intense purplish glow.
Wink notices the flash from the corner of his eye and turns his head to take a closer look at her, a questioning frown overtaking his brow.
Entrapta’s eyes take in the entire display of flashing, shifting lights above with a look of rapture!
Entrapta: [fascinated] It’s easy, Wink! It’s so . . . easy for me!! It’s as if . . . as if these systems were all made for me!!
Suddenly, a segment of the displays seems to rush toward them and grow, zooming in to show fantastically intricate detail in First One’s writing and design. It is a gorgeous glowing mass of interwoven fibers, some of them flickering weakly, but many glowing strongly a deep golden color.
Entrapta: [with a tinge of sorrow] These parts of the system have been damaged! [appalled] Deliberately! Why?! How could anyone destroy something so . . . beautiful?
She widens her eyes in sudden realization.
Entrapta: These were the cause of all of the glitching and chaos, the source of everything that hurt my friends! That nearly destroyed everything!
Entrapta smiles.
Entrapta: [with some relief] Now that the systems have restarted, the connections are gradually beginning to regenerate. But I can help things along. [with determination] I can fix this!
Suddenly, in concert with the acceleration of her manipulations, the network overhead begins to flash and spark with golden fire! As the individual strands brighten, and grow, joining with one another, the entire structure pulses, as with a new life.
Suddenly, Entrapta’s face freezes, and her smile fades.
Wink notices, and he begins to look fearful.
Entrapta: [slowly, with horror] But, the power . . . the magnitude of it!
Her face brightens with a tiny grin.
Entrapta: [fascinated] It’s exhilarating! When this system is functioning again . . . all of the power . . . from the entire planet, . . . is meant to flow through it!! And the capabilities of that energy . . . !!
Suddenly, Entrapta frowns.
She shakes her head fiercely, pulling back.
Entrapta: [resolutely] No! We can’t do this! The Heart of Etheria is a terrible weapon! It’s . . . [suddenly, her voice calms and emerges almost colorless] . . . awful. [pause] Nothing . . . nothing in the universe could withstand it.
Entrapta smiles again. Her activities begin again, with renewed vigor.
Wink steps forward lifting his hands to touch her, hesitant, but deliberate.
Wink: [worried] Entrapta. This is . . . this is not right. Please, Entrapta.
His hands move slowly to touch her.
Wink: [pleading] Please. Stop.
Finally, the tips of Wink’s fingers contact Entrapta’s shoulders.
In a fury of motion, several tendrils nearest to Wink lash out at him!
Entrapta: [firmly] No, Wink!
Entrapta’s hair strikes Wink with enough force to lift him off of his feet and throw him across the room! He slams into the wall with a terrible impact and crumples to the floor. Entrapta doesn’t even look his direction.
Entrapta: [calmly, mechanically] Your assistance is no longer needed, Wink.
Entrapta suddenly blinks, as if she is waking up and hearing herself.
Entrapta: [concerned] Wink?
She turns her head and sees Wink lying unconscious on the floor.
Entrapta: [panicked] Wink!!
Entrapta lifts her hands from the controls and shifts her body to turn and move toward him. But as she does so, her hair remains fixedly focused on its activities, preventing her from moving.
Entrapta: [struggling] N-nooo! No! Errrghh!!
After a moment, Entrapta relaxes, turning back toward the activity on the panel, and up above, within the glowing connections . . .
Entrapta: [emotionally] We have to stop this! Matilda!
The voice of Matilda emanates around her.
Matilda: [pointedly] Maintengineer. Your repairs are proceeding well, and the systems operation is improving. However. Your efficiency level is diminishing. You are experiencing . . . difficulties.
Entrapta looks up. There are tears in her eyes, which flash purple again.
Entrapta: [breathlesslyl] Yes! Our work is amazing! It’s so beautiful! Beyond everything I dreamed! [suddenly distressed] But the power! It’s too much! I’m afraid! We have to stop!! Please! Why am I doing this?! Why can’t I stop myself?!
Matilda: [reassuring] I will try to help you.
There is a flash of light from the console, and all at once, Entrapta gasps. Her body arches backwards. Entrapta’s eyes widen, as if she is looking into the universe itself.
Then there is a second light, emanating from deep within Entrapta’s chest, glowing and brightening like a lavender jewel.
After a breathless moment, the light seems to shoot through her entire body, along the spidery lines of First Ones circuitry buried deep within her skin.
The light fades. Her body relaxes, and returns to its normal posture.
Entrapta’s mouth opens.
Entrapta: [as if from a distance] Local processors are being overtaxed by conflicting protocols. I am now discontinuing unnecessary procedures to improve efficiency.
She closes her eyes, and the light from the jewel at her heart pulses gently for a moment, then softly fades.
She opens her eyes. There is an unwavering purple glow within them.
She smiles.
Entrapta: [with an exhilarated confidence] Systems repairs have been completed,
Matilda: [with slight concern] What is your status, Maintengineer Entrapta?
Entrapta blinks, grinning more widely.
Entrapta: [pleased] I feel wonderful! Maintengineer is now at full efficiency! [brightly, looking upward] Thank you, Matilda!
Matilda: You are welcome, Maintengineer.
Entrapta’s eyes brighten.
She sets to work again, her hair tendrils precisely caressing the console controls.
Entrapta: At this time, I will initiate the priming sequences . . .
There is a pause, as she seems to savor the excitement of the moment, and the purple glow in her eyes is an all-consuming zeal!
Entrapta: . . . for the Heart of Etheria!
(End of Episode 74)
Happy Weekend and Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve!!! 😄🎄🌟
Thank you for joining me for my fanfic!
I always hope it is something surprising and exciting for you!!

I also would like to give a shout-out to Bella ( @Bellatastic ) to share this dedication because I am soooooo glad she's back!
And also, I was excited about the 14 pings I got this afternoon because of her! /srs and /lh 😅
And now . . . although it's not a Christmas chapter, perhaps you will enjoy the ✨sparkly lights!✨ 😊
The Heart Chamber is lit like noonday sunshine, its pearl-white surfaces gleaming with vibrant energy. And in the midst of this, Entrapta is a poetry of motion in epic proportions as she confidently commands the central console.
Her hair is fully alive, caressing the console with fluid, precise motions. The air above her dances with hovering display imagery. Intricate diagrams, pulsing data read-outs, and graphic waveforms ebb and flow through one another in gorgeous synchronicity overhead.
Through all of this energetic motion, Wink stands faithfully by Entrapta’s side, listening and eager. He can see the feedback displays reflected in Entrapta’s wide eyes, as well as the light of total fascination.
Entrapta: [with awestruck intensity] I can feel it happening, Wink! Connections reforming and rejuvenating as the system draws power!
Wink nods, his eyes widening as he surveys the ethereal screens above them.
Entrapta: The energy conduits are beginning to flow again! They’re working their ways through the networks, making contacts and linkages, first with the inorganic components, and later . . . through every living element throughout the entire planet!
She turns briefly to meet Wink’s eyes.
Entrapta: [reverently] It’s beautiful!
The soothing voice of the First Ones artificial intelligence systems emanates throughout the room, vibrating warmly around its occupants.
Matilda: Core systems now restored and online. Now phasing in peripheral components and assessing the integrity of feedback fields.
Entrapta leans toward Wink, even as her hair continues its flurried activity and her eyes remain focused on the data streams floating above her.
Entrapta: Look at this, Wink!
Wink bends at the waist, leaning in close, rapt in his attention, until he is nearly cheek-to-cheek with Entrapta. His eyes widen with excitement as Entrapta gestures with a few of her hair tendrils at the details in the images.
On a slowly-rotating translucent sphere indicating the planet, dozens of thick, undulating cyan branches extend from a deep maroon core. The center pulses strongly, like a heartbeat, and waves pass through the branches in both directions simultaneously.
Entrapta: [with enthusiasm] Each of these branches from the core systems acts as collector and focus for the planet’s magic!
In a rapid blurring motion, a smaller segment of the sphere spins into breathtaking focus. The magnified image is a thin spidery network of intricately detailed root-like structures.
Entrapta: [lecturing and reacting at the same time] Ooooo-and thousands of individual fields feed the system! Every field is an entire ecosystem of organic components! Ha-haaaa! It’s almost unbelievably intricate and vast!!
Wink watches open-mouthed and smiling as the view overhead widens to encompass a dome-like slice of the globe. A creeping green glow begins to spread from multiple sites, beginning with points the size of pinpricks, and gradually expanding, like droplets of paint oozing from beneath the ground, reaching out and gradually diffusing over the surface.
Matilda: System power levels rising. Energy flows . . . optimized. Field integrity verification is 54% complete. Now shifting to power distribution phase. Proceeding.
Entrapta: [with pride] Great work, Matilda!
Scattered around the central image of Etheria, four-dimensional graphs show rising power levels in expanding shapes and altering hues, while flows of data readings in the feathery writing of the First Ones drift and pool in the air.
Entrapta stands up, gesturing widely with her hands, and her hair continues its work across the console.
Entrapta: This is almost the most exciting part, Wink! Almost.
She is vibrating with glee, her feet twitching energetically as she bobs up and down. Wink clasps his hands and begins to bounce in place.
Wink: [with joy] It is a glorious moment, Entrapta! I am so happy to share this with you!
Suddenly, Entrapta points to several light-emitting spots spread widely apart over the surface of the sphere. They are beginning to glow more brightly.
Entrapta: [excitedly] The runestones! The gathered and refined magical energy is being directed to each of the stones now! Gradually it will build to a threshold that will permit it to be accessed and used for . . .
She hesitates a moment, her eyes widening in an expression of expansive awe, as if confronted with the infinity of time and space all at once. A purple light shines from her eyes, mingling with the bright white and flashing colors bursting across the displays.
Entrapta: [completing her thought, slowly, with enormous weight] . . . anything!
Wink raises an eyebrow and looks toward Entrapta curiously, just as the purple light fades from her eyes, and she shakes her head, emerging from her thoughts.
Entrapta: Oh!
She begins pulling her tracker pad out of her overalls as she grins breathlessly at her faithful assistant.
Entrapta: I almost forgot, Wink! I need to contact Bow and the other princesses!
She looks at Wink and smiles brightly.
Entrapta: It’s time!

EPISODE 74: Open Heart Part 1
There is darkness and a soft, . . . pulsing . . . buzz.
In a slow, regular beat, the walls of the large, open chamber glow faintly . . . then dim.
Glow . . . and then dim.
Glow . . . and then dim.
With each pulse, the darkness is transected by thousands of flowing lines, glowing into life, rushing like molten silver along delicate, threadlike channels that have been meticulously etched into walls of midnight onyx. They fade into nothing within the fraction of a breath, then shimmer along their courses before fading again.
In the dead-space between pulses, the darkness draws closer than a primal womb, and the silence deafens.
Within a few moments, a quiet murmuring may be heard, sounding mournfully from all directions, like a persistent echo.
Voice: [plaintively] Maint- . . . Maint- . . . Maint-
A diffuse pool of orange light grows into visibility, emanating from a portion of the wall of the chamber. It shifts restlessly, rising and falling slowly, in an erratic patten.
At last, the pool of light strengthens, and the shape of a triangular archway begins to assert itself, defining edges for the nebulous light pool.
All at once, the light resolves into a focused lamp, which enters the room at head height for a diminutive princess. It brushes over a wide horizontal surface at the center of the open space.
The angle of light shifts, sweeping over a structure of fantastically twining vertical extrusions of milky white. These reach upward toward a ceiling high overhead.
Beneath the lamp, Entrapta smiles nostalgically, her wide eyes taking in the magnificently alien beauty of the First Ones control console.
The disembodied voice murmurs louder, a tone of urgency entering the words.
Voice: [struggling] Maint- . . . Maint- !
Entrapta rushes forward, laying her hands on the console, her hair splaying over the edges, gripping it like a reassuring maternal hug.
Entrapta: I’m here, Matilda!
At Entrapta’s touch, the console panels begin to glow with a soft white light. The light spreads, flowing through the twisted shapes reaching upwards from the console, and the walls of the chamber brighten with the shine from the First Ones writing as it steadies and intensifies. Soon the entire room is illuminated by light like a full moon amidst a field of stars!
Entrapta takes a few steps back, and Wink joins her by her side, both gazing upward with a sense of awe and wonder at the beautiful brilliance. The voice speaks strongly now, its confidence restored.
Matilda: [with even calm] Maintengineer detected. Entrapta! You have returned.
Entrapta reaches up to her forehead and removes the small lamp attached to her helmet, switching it off. In the bright glow from all around her, her expression of longing and relief is evident. She smiles warmly.
Entrapta: Yes! We’ve come back! [nearly breathless with anticipation] We’re here to restart the system!
When the ancient artificial intelligence replies, there is evident satisfaction in her voice.
Matilda: Then let it begin.
Actually, I made this a while ago.
I know it's a little messy, but I had a lot of fun with it!
What do you think?
We are nearing the end of this dramatic episode, my dears.
And it looks like things will be okay.
Etheria has survived, the princesses managed to withstand extremes of energy beyond reckoning to make it out the other side, and the ones they love who stood by them throughout were saved.
This chapter I will dedicate to Carolena ( @JanuarySunrise ) a lovely artist and friend, and I hope it makes you smile! 😊
Return with me once more to the Chamber of the Heart.
It's time to celebrate . . . and say good bye.
Bow, Entrapta, and Wink stand hovering over the console, their expressions tense and anticipating.
The Chamber of the Heart seems to shine even more brightly as Matilda speaks.
Matilda: [with a slight tone of satisfaction] Shutdown. Is now complete. Stability. Is restored.
Immediately, Entrapta jumps into the air!
Entrapta: [with a huge grin] Yeee-eah!! Ha!
She throws her ponytails around Bow on one side, Wink on the other, to pull them together in a warm squeeze, and she leans over the console to embrace it tightly in her arms.
Entrapta: [with feeling] You beautiful girl! We did it!!
Bow: [laughing with energetic joy] Woooo!! Hahaha!
Wink: [surprised and pleased] Ohh!
For a moment, a shimmer of light passes over the console, and Entrapta looks up to see a peaceful glow brighten on the twining structure rising above them. Matilda’s voice speaks once more.
Matilda: [almost wistfully] Good bye, Maintengineer . . . Entrapta.
Entrapta and her friends gaze upward at Matilda’s glowing light. With wide, serious eyes, Entrapta nods slowly.
Entrapta: [softly, with a note of sadness] Oh. Of course.
She reaches down to a control on the console.
Matilda: [warmly] And do not forget.
Entrapta: I won’t. [pause] Good . . . bye.
She touches the control, and the glow above them fades. The room dims until only a gentle light remains from the First Ones inscriptions covering the walls of the chamber.
Entrapta turns her head to Bow, with a slightly forlorn expression.
He nods to her with a smile of sympathetic encouragement.
She looks down at the console again, takes a deep breath, and sighs. A smile appears on her face -- one of gladness and relief. But as she turns away, there is the hint of a tear in her eye.
Perfuma and her people are dancing beneath the Heart Blossom tree. Some whirl in circular groups with their hands linked. Some hold one another and lift each other high in the air. Some carry children on their shoulders. And all are laughing and smiling with one another.
Perfuma strides and twirls amongst them, her smile radiant, touching their faces and shoulders, and seeming to dance with them all.
A light rain begins falling amongst them, to their delight.
The soothing rain sweeps in sheets across the Whispering Woods, dousing the flames completely. Madame Razz stands in the middle of the strengthening downpour, content and relieved, her face alive with an ancient and comforting smile. She lets out a deep sigh and opens her eyes.
Madame Razz: [cheerfully] Come on, Broom! It’s time to make dinner.
She turns and shuffles energetically back into her home.
Somewhere, off on the distant planet of Etheria, jolly shanties were sang.
The Best Friend Squad sails with me
To save the queen of this very sea
The mighty She-ra stands in their way
We’ll defeat Horde Prime and save the day
We’ll defeat Horde Prime and save the daaaaaay-
Sea Hawk sings as Bow and Glimmer cheered him on. But to Adora, She-ra, the song only fueled her anxieties. “Last time we fought Prime, I was too weak. The First Ones chose me to be She-ra. Me! I can’t let them down.” She muttered to herself as she began practicing the fight, swinging her sword in the air.
Suddenly, the air turned to a neon mist. A voice spoke to her. Adora. Weak and pathetic, Adora. I will return and I WILL take over Etheria. And you will see what a failure you are.
Adora suddenly awakes with a jolt. She quickly reaches for the sword and yells out. “Show yourself, Prime!” She hadn’t noticed her erratic breathing. She then realized that she was home, in Brightmoon, next to her friends, who slept peacefully. “Adora?” Catra called to her. “Hey calm down.” She said to the blonde, who began shaking. “Catra, I can’t sleep at a time like this. I need to train! Prime may come back and I’ll let you all down if I can’t defeat him! And then you’ll all hate me! And I’ll be the worst She-ra ever-” Catra interrupted her. “Adora, listen to me. You’re spiraling. You defeated Prime. He isn’t coming back. I promise. You haven’t, and you won’t let any of us down.” Adora wishes to believe her but the constant thought of failure has always been etched into her mind. INSOLENT CHILD! The memory of Shadow Weaver rings in her head.
Hehehehe
I need to spell and punctuation check this-
Markus: Thanks. I cannot stand these guys. They're so annoying. [She smiles at him and he crosses his arms]
Zen: Markus, you're disrupting the peace within our line of brotherhood.
Markus: That was interrupted long before I came into play.
Catra: Do any of you make stupid arrows too?
All the siblings: Uh no. Never thought about it. I've tried. Too much work. I'll leave it to Bow.
George: That's why our little boy is the Tech Master. [He hugs him]
Gayle: [Grabs the wooden guitar from behind his back and sings as he plays] What a happy reunion. Great to be with family in union. Love each of our different persons. Even when our times worsen. [Markus puts a hand on his mouth]
Markus: Don't waste your breath, they just get more depressing each time.
Cynthia: At least they're not all like Bow Boy.
Skylar: You think this is bad, you should've seen him at Jordan and Zayne's day back from their honeymoon.
Jordan: [Puts his pointer and middle finger on his left temple and his thumb on his chin] Oh, don't remind me.
Bow: Uh, guys. Your proposals? [Catra looks at Adora, then quickly looks back]
Travis: Wait! We were supposed to bring rings? [They all groan and Markus facepalms]
Aaron: Not that kind of proposal.
Travis: Oh, good. I almost messed that up.
Brayden: I could bring the translation of First Ones tech to kids to teach them a new language!
Zen: And I thought it'd be wise to teach children how to preserve the environment and level out their energy. [He touches his middle finger to his thumbs and extends his other fingers]
Gayle: And I could teach them killer jams to show their inner self to the world.
Keith: I'll teach them how to fight. [He chuckles] Might be for the older kids though.
Skylar: I would love to teach children how to capture the magic of a single place into a memory on a canvas.
Jude: My group will be filming all of your failures.
Markus: Yeah, whatever. I guess some people might be interested in writing poems or stories or something.
Alex: I could lend you a crow to help. [Markus looks vaguely interested] Animals are awesome, I bet the kids would love them.
Andrew: What about teaching them how to identify all the different plants Etheria has to offer?
Perfuma: I feel like Zen and Andrew could be my brothers.
Zen: Sister, we are all brothers and sisters in this universe.
Cynthia: Yeah, no. I'm not being related to little Ms. Perfect. [Catra gives her a look and Melog mewls] Okay, fine. Distant cousins. [Under her breath] Very distant.
Jordan: I would like to teach them how to recognize landmarks and be able to tell where they are. With this knowledge, hopefully they won't get lost.
Landon: Making useful potions is my specialty.
Aaron: I would probably just be a help in the library, I'm not exactly special like the others. [Zen puts a hand on his shoulder to comfort him]
Travis: Maybe I could cook for them? [The brothers suck air, afraid for those kids] What?
Skylar: Maybe you could do recreational things that aren't so dangerous?
Travis: Like what?
Zen: The younger kids always have quite a bit of energy. Maybe if you sync your energy with theirs, you can find a way to tire them out.
Bow: That's it. Great job, guys.
Glimmer: That sounds great!
Adora: [She looks at Keith] You'd teach Horde fighting skills?
Keith: No, just regular skills. If you want, you guys can find others to teach those. Maybe as an extra addition to that class?
Catra: Oh, this'll be fun. [Melog nods]
Frosta: [She jumps in front of Keith, excited] Can I be your assistant?
Keith: [Puts a hand on her head and smiles] If you think you can keep up, kid.
Frosta: Yes! [She jumps up and punches the air triumphantly] I will be the best assistant ever!
Mermista: [Groans] This isn't going to end well.
Markus: Ew. Too much happiness for me.
Gayle: Dude, do you ever have a happy mood?
Markus: I did once. [Skylar and the brothers gasp]
Skylar: When was this?
Markus: [He shudders] It will never happen again. Now my happiness is measured by the sorrow of the world. [He puts a black mask on over his mouth so all they can see are his dark eyes]
Travis: Is that good or bad?
Jude: It'd make for a bad movie, unless your into that kind of stuff.
Travis: Oh.
Jordan: That's why he wasn't invited to my wedding. That and because he creeps Zayne out. [The corner of Markus' mouth lifts for a second behind his mask]

EPISODE 60: Cry For Etheria
In the deepest heart of the iridescent night forest on Beast Island, there is an ancient citadel of glowing stone, smooth as glass, but with a surface cloudy as smoke. It towers over the land, and the impossibly tall trees arch over it to an even greater height where their branches intertwine, as if to shroud it from the world: a place of secrets too dark and terrible to be revealed.
Through ages of time, it shrieked an eerie, tortured cry.
But now, it remains silent, or nearly so.
For, just beneath the veil of quiet, there is a troubling susurration.
It whispers.
Lucinda, the great robotic vehicular companion of Princess Entrapta, crashes heavily onto the scene and skids to a halt. She and her occupants remain ignorant of the air of menace and the weight of time that has infused the area where the citadel stands.
The hatch at the top of the great machine creature flips upward, revealing a beaming Entrapta and a wide-eyed Wink, as well as a tumble of pookas sitting happily on Wink’s lap and adorning his shoulders.
Entrapta: [triumphantly] Nice going, Lucinda! We’re here!
In a joyous bit of acrobatics, Entrapta uses her ponytails to launch herself in a forward flip through the air to land neatly on the ground below. Lucinda, squats down on her haunches to make it easier for Wink to step over the side of the cockpit and land beside Entrapta. He sways momentarily, but Entrapta quickly reaches over the nearest tip of her hair to touch him lightly on the top of the head to steady him. As he straightens up, the three pooka creatures he is cradling in his arms sit up tall, looking around the area in playful curiosity. A fourth pooka suddenly peers over the top of his head, panting excitedly.
Entrapta turns toward Wink and gestures around them.
Entrapta: [reverently] This place is the nerve center for Beast Island! A vast repository of information cataloguing every discovery the First Ones made on Etheria and every project they undertook, including every mistake they made!!
Wink practically shivers in anticipation.
Wink: Oh, that’s wonderful!
Entrapta: Aaaand . . .!
Pulling out her data pad with her hair, she stares down into its green glow, and her fingers fly over the surface.
Entrapta: It emanates a mysterious signal! [frowning at the screen] Errr, ohhh, it’s gone.
Wink, in concert with his troop of pookas, peeks curiously down over Entrapta’s shoulder at the pad. Entrapta touches a few more controls and then perks up at what she sees.
Entrapta: No! It’s changed.
A staticky whispering sound suddenly fills the air around the data pad. There is the suggestion of voices, but they remain indistinct.
Entrapta: Hmmmm.
She raises a small antenna up in the air with her hair. The sounds become louder and slightly higher pitched. Still confused and unclear.
Entrapta: [with conviction] We’ll have to go inside to get a clearer reception.
Entrapta begins scrabbling around within a wall of pink viney fern-like growths on the building before them, shoving first her head and shoulders, then the entire upper half of her body into the mass. Using her hands and her hair together, she creates a tremendous rustling of vines as she digs for something hidden behind the foliage.
Entrapta: [somewhat muffled] There’s an opening here . . . somewhere.
As she scrambles around, her feet lift off the ground.
Entrapta: [impressed] The density of the growth has definitely increased. And . . . Oh, owww! [with happy curiosity] Wow! The spines have become pointy with maturity!
Wink steps closer in response to her struggles, frowning. Only Entrapta’s legs, waving in the air, are visible poking out of the vines. Suddenly, they flip entirely over, the toes of her boots pointing to the sky! Wink reaches out his hands in a vague effort to help.
Entrapta: [triumphantly] Haha!!
Her head and shoulders pop explosively out of the growth and they face each other nose to nose. Wink’s face flushes a pale rosy color, and Entrapta beams.
Entrapta: Here it is! Come on!
Wink steps back, as Entrapta hops out of the vines. Her hair remains, moving the pink growths to one side to reveal a long triangular hallway. She picks up the data pad in one hand, staring down at the readings. With her other hand, she holds the antenna, and, without looking up, gently uses it to prod Wink to enter.
In wonder, Wink makes his way down the hallway, toward a vast open chamber, vaulted into the heights beyond the reach of their vision. At the center, there is a huge, glowing pyramidal obelisk. Wink gasps. Even the pookas clinging to him look alert and impressed.
Wink: [spontaneously, glowing] Ohhhh, such a magnificent structure is surely worthy of Horde Prime’s regard!
Wink stiffens, surprised at his own outburst. He frowns in disgust.
Wink: [in a hard voice] But Prime is not worthy . . . of anything.
He turns toward Entrapta, a look of contrition on his face.
Wink: I am sorry, Entrapta.
Entrapta looks up from her data pad at him smiling.
Entrapta: [in surprise] You are? [grinning] I’m glad you like it! Isn’t it great? It’s my sanctum!
She lifts up the antenna and scampers toward the controls at the obelisk.
Entrapta: And listen! You can hear the signal now.
Echoing amongst the enormous towering walls and bouncing from the hidden alcoves, there is a loud whispering, forming words.
Whispers: [fizzing in and out] sssssss---connections---sss---Light---ssssss---systems---sssssss---mechanisms activated---ssss---exterior---ssssssss---antcipate---sssssssssss . . .
Entrapta lays down the tracker pad, and her fingers begin to play over the controls. The antenna continues to bob up and down with her hair, as she fine-tunes. Wink approaches, fascinated.
Entrapta: [happily] Well, that’s a start! But we can do much better.
As she works at the controls, screens appear in the air with various views of the island and its bizarre monstrous wildlife. The pookas begin to chirp and hoot softly, obviously intrigued by the images.
Entrapta: [to Wink, as she works] One of the most interesting things that I discovered here is about the bio-technologic network created by the First Ones. It’s an automatic process that continues even now, by which every creature on the island becomes incorporated into the system, feeding it with information and tapping into its programs. It actually combines with and becomes part of the biology, without any apparent harm to the subject. Here, I’ll show you!
Stretching out a hair strand, she grabs a pooka from Wink’s shoulders and sets it down on the surface of the control panel. That portion of the panel begins to glow gold, at which the pooka straightens up with a gentle shock of connection. A fine network of golden veins, like circuitry, blooms in a similar glow, apparently from just beneath the surface of its skin.
Entrapta: See?!!
Wink: [eyes wide, impressed] Whoaaaah!
At this moment, the pooka’s jaws drop open, and its voice is the whisper of the signal, amplified and more clear!
Entrapta: Oooooo! It’s using the pooka as an alternate transmitter for the signal! That is so clever! Let’s try another one!
With mounting excitement, she snatches one of the pookas from the cradle of Wink’s arms and plops it beside its sibling. It responds instantly, with a similar reaction of hyper-alertness, it’s inner circuitry glowing brightly. Entrapta, seeing a response on her terminal, turns her attention to the controls in front of her. After a moment, the second pooka opens its mouth, and the whispered message is almost fully intelligible!
Entrapta: [enthusiastically] Almost there! Just one more should do it, Wink!!
Wink picks up one of the two remaining pookas in his arms and gently sets it down on the panel. The remaining pooka peers up at Wink with its single enormous pink eye, and then happily leaps onto the panel with the others.
Wink: [pleased and surprised] Oh!
Both of the newcomers straighten up, huddling close to one another affectionately, as their bodies glow with the energy of the subdermal circuitry. Their mouths open up, and a chorus of whispers emerges, rising and resolving into a clearly spoken message, no longer a whisper, but a strong female voice.
Entrapta: [ebullient] Hahaha!! We’ve got it, Wink!
Her hair drops the antenna with a clatter, then grabs Wink around the waist and pulls him in close, as they hover in expectation over the murmuring pookas.
Message: [urgently] Warning. Warning. Control systems are now offline. Connections with Light Hope control are non-functional. Multiple systems errors detected. Emergency energy release mechanisms activated . . . . . . . . . .
Since the planet, Etheria, chooses who will be She-Ra, as Razz explained; why has Etheria chosen First Ones to be the past 2 She-Ra's. I'm not judging the magic that powers the planet or it's decisions, I just wonder why Etheria would not/could not choose an Etherian to be She-Ra.
Has anyone heard ND or one of the other creators speak about this?
Ok, what was the point of the first ones? We barely knew anything about them.
I played with the colors on Catra's first ones sign to reflect her colors
assumptions: 1 The First Ones created a portal device or program that Light Hope could use when she was ordered to. 2 Light Hope had access to the portal device from Mara's time until she died and could use it on any planet.
The First Ones plan: Send Mara to Etheria and have her activate the Heart of Etheria, destroying Prime and the Horde. At the same time have Light Hope activate the portal and take Eternia to a different part of the universe, not Despondos, just far enough away so that Eternia would be safe. They did this so that 1. they'd get away from the blast 2. Prime and his horde would be destroyed and not be able to go after them.
But as we know, Mara made Light Hope activate the portal while her ship guided Etheria to Despondos, leaving Eternia to face Prime.
