I know that Glimmer and Catra have met before season 5, but this playlist focuses mainly on their season 5 relationship.
1st Song (Tango: Maureen): This song describes when they were in Horde's ship. They didn't really get along, but they bonded over Adora.
2nd Song (Goodbye Yellow Brick Road): This is about how Catra and Glimmer's previous lives are gone. Their future goes in another direction they didn't expect it to. Even though it's not really a love long, their paths may collide soon, with each other...
3rd Song (Hey Jude): This one's about when they're getting to know each other more. They're not enemies anymore, and they're a bit nervous but do want to love each other.
4th Song (I Should Tell You): This song shows Catra and Glimmer warming up to each other, becoming friends, or even more than friends. They share truths and feelings.
5th Song (What You Own): Despite getting to know each other, they still used to be enemies. They're both stuggling but they find out they have a lot in common and would be better of together like they were meant to. It also shows how much they love each other and how Catra would sacrifice herself to save Glimmer.
6th Song (I Bet You Think About Me): After being rescued, Glimmer and Catra's romantic tension goes down a bit. But they've bonded more than ever before, and still like each other. They're both kind of jealous, but maybe that jelously can lead to romance.
7th Song (girls): This song shows the on-and-off playfullness of their relationship into the season. They're not in a relationship but do have feelings for each other.
8th/9th Song (Your Eyes & Satisfied): Glimmer and Catra don't get their happy ending. In the future, they're still together, but stuck apart as they have differnet partners. They are happy with what they have, but secretly hope they could have had something more.
